This Is So WRONG 👇

Found this in a Facebook Group:

"Offering 10% first time customers!
Concrete, framing, drywall, mudding, painting
We deal with it all!
Cheapest rates in the area!
Message us for more information or email us at ____"

"We deal with it all!" - Why not specialize, differentiate yourself and increase your prices?

"Cheapest rates in the area!" - How do you know you're the cheapest? Why do you pride yourself on being the cheapest? You pay cheap, you get cheap. What if I could find someone to do the work for $1/hr? Can you do it for $0.99/hr? What if they could do it for free? Can you pay me for your to do the work? (Read that again...the contractor pays the customer to do the work.)🤣

The reason why you can't raise your prices is that you fear that the competition will take the work and you won't be able to provide for your family.

Raise your prices and take less work. You'll be able to do a better job and have the QUALITY you keep telling your prospects that is the difference between you and the competition when in fact the competition is saying the same.

Yes, you can easily increase your prices by 5-10%. If you want to increase them more, you have to provide your customers with more value.

Adding value requires that you understand your customers and you can't do that when you're taking all sorts of jobs and dealing with various types of clients.

Want to provide your customers more VALUE and INCREASE your prices, comment VALUE below if you'd like some help.
